Community Education Manager

 The Manager of Community Education will be instrumental in implementing, executing, and coordinating a prevention education and outreach program to increase awareness of child abuse and other threats to child safety in our community.  The program’s goal is to raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child abuse by educating the community about the steps they can take to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly.  This position works directly with a wide array of community members, including professionals, adults and children. This position will oversee and supervise all activity within the Community Education Program and will act as a member of Bivona’s leadership team. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Available intern opportunities:

Development Intern

The Development Intern will work directly with the Bivona Development Team to research prospects, assist with special events, and volunteer coordination.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to develop skills in nonprofit development work and learn about child advocacy. This internship is an unpaid internship and reports to the Director of Development.
