Director of Mental Health Services

This pivotal role involves overseeing the Mental Health Department, supervising mental health therapists, and ensuring the provision of high-quality care to children and adults impacted by child abuse. The successful candidate will be instrumental in practice management, managing contracts with vendors and funders, and navigating the complexities of an outpatient, free-standing NYS Article 31 clinic.

The Director of Mental Health Services is a member of the Leadership Team of Bivona Child Advocacy Center and acts in a leadership capacity within the agency. Salary Range: $72,500 - $85,000 (this range is negotiable, based on experience).

Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing evidence-informed, trauma-specific treatment to children who have experienced trauma. The Mental Health Therapist assesses and tracks the effectiveness of the treatment provided through the use of standardized measures pre and post treatment. Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000.

Events Internship

The Events Intern will work directly with Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Development Team to research corporate prospects, solicit in-kind gifts, and assist with event logistics, and volunteer coordination.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to develop skills in nonprofit development work and learn about child advocacy. This internship is an unpaid internship.
