Events Manager

Bivona Child Advocacy Center is seeking an outgoing and energetic individual for the position of Events Manager. The Events Manager is responsible for the logistics and successful execution of our fundraising events, recruitment and cultivation strategies, developing and managing effective volunteer committees, and securing sponsorships. Successful candidates will have experience working on social events, specifically galas, golf tournaments, and educational programs/conferences. Candidates should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent writing and communication skills. This position reports to and works closely with the Director of Development and will have extensive contact with Board members, committee members and volunteers.

Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator

The MDT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating child advocacy services with partner agencies and ensuring those services are of the highest quality, utilizing standards set forth by the National Children’s Alliance (NCA) and NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). This involves maintaining ongoing relationships with all partner agency members and service providers, while assessing professional training needs in an effort to promote a competent, cohesive multidisciplinary team (MDT). The MDT Coordinator is also responsible for oversight of the Bivona Program Department’s initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness, specifically with forensic interviewing, family advocacy and intake coordination. Individual subscribes to and promotes Bivona’s mission, vision and values and functions as an active team member to achieve agency and department goals. This person will directly supervise a staff of five and reports to the Associate Executive Director.
