This online Privacy Policy describes how Bivona collects and maintains all personally identifiable information that is obtained through Bivona’s web site: bivonacac.org (the “Web Site”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we will use any information we obtain from this Web Site, as well as the practices and procedures we have implemented to protect your personal information. Please be aware that Web Site sponsors, advertisers, or web sites that have links on our Web Site may collect personally identifiable information about you on their web sites. You can visit the Web Site without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. Web Site Traffic Information

When you arrive at or leave our Web Site, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our Web Site you visit while you are on our hosted site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our hosted sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes, but because some information is collected electronically, it can appear to be the personal information of user, and will be treated as such by this Privacy Policy. If a child under 13 submits personal information to Bivona and we learn that that personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
