Dan DeLaus Chair Dan DeLaus joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in October of 2010. DeLaus serves as General Counsel at RGRTA representing the Authority in all legal and regulatory matters and transactions. He received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Notre Dame. DeLaus is the Chairman of the Town of Penfield Zoning Board of Appeals.

Mark Siewert Vice Chair Mark Siewert joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in April of 2014. Siewert is the former Owner of Siewert Equipment Company. Jill Knittel Immediate Past Chair Jill Knittel joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in May of 2010. Knittel is a Financial Advisor at Sage Rutty & Company. She received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at St. John Fisher College. Knittel serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at St. John Fisher College, serves on the Development and Audit Committees of St. John Fisher College, is an Executive Committee Member of the Duplessis Wolfe Accounting Society and is also a member of the Women’s President’s Organization.

Jill Knittel joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in May of 2010. Knittel is a Financial Advisor at Sage Rutty & Company. She received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at St. John Fisher College. Knittel serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at St. John Fisher College, serves on the Development and Audit Committees of St. John Fisher College, is an Executive Committee Member of the Duplessis Wolfe Accounting Society and is also a member of the Women’s President’s Organization.

Kelly Thompson, CPA Treasurer Kelly Thompson, CPA joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in March of 2015. Bonnie is Chair of the Program Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. Bonnie has been active in the community for over 30 years, in health planning, community health and philanthropy.  Currently Bonnie is working part-time as Strategic Initiatives Advisory to the President and CEO of United Way.  Bonnie lives in Brighton with her husband, Bob Thompson and has two adult children who live in the area.

Barb Egenhofer Barb Egenhofer joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in October of 2013. Egenhofer is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Wine and Spirits Division of Constellation Brands. She received a Bachelor of Science from Nazareth College and Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. Richard Gangemi, MD Dr. Richard Gangemi joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in April of 2013. She received a Master’s degree from Syracuse University. Haen is a former Board Chair of Golisano Children’s Hospital where she currently serves as an honorary board member.

Sean Jensen, Esq. Sean Jensen, Esq. joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in June of 2013. Jensen is a Partner in the Business & Finance department of Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP. He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. Jensen is a member of the NY State Bar Association and the Business Law Council of the Monroe County Bar Association.

Mike Townsend, Esq. joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in May of 2015.  Townsend is a Member of Harris Beach PLLC, practicing in the Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Group, and serving on the Municipalities and Local Agencies Industry Team. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Rochester YMCA and is past Chairman of the Board of the New York State Power Authority.

She is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University. Vossler serves as a member of the Young Women's College Prep Board.

Timothy Wilson Timothy Wilson joined Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors in December of 2015. Wilson is President and CEO of Arnold Magnetic Technologies. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Kathie Bivona  Kathie Bivona is proud to have Bivona Child Advocacy Center bear her name and is awed by the amazing work accomplished by the Team at Bivona. She is most pleased to serve as an Honorary Board Member. Bivona has a degree in Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She is the owner of an accessories business, “Green Eyed Girl.”

Lou Bivona Lou Bivona led efforts in 2004 to establish Bivona Child Advocacy Center. His work has earned him numerous community recognition awards, including the 2002 Monroe County Crime Victims’ Advocate Award, the 2001 Boxing Hall of Fame Humanitarian Award, the 1995 Boys’ Town of Italy Man of the Year Award and the 1985 President Reagan Recognition Award for Community Service. Lou and Kathie Bivona established the New York Chapter of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 1982.

Lori Levine served on the Board of the Bivona Child Advocacy Center since the agency's inception. Levine  is a Real Estate Associate at Blain Realty. She was previously an Advisory Board Member for the Golisano Children’s Hospital, served as a member of the Women’s Foundation and was an Advisory Board Member for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. 

Sherriff Patrick O'Flynn Sheriff Patrick O’Flynn began his career with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. O’Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science from Roberts Wesleyan College. He is Chairman of the Operating Practices Board of 911 Emergency Communications and is on the board of directors of National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Lifespan and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Foundation.

Tom Wahl Jr. Tom Wahl, Jr. is a SR Vice President, Financial Advisor at RBC Wealth Management. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications Journalism from St John Fisher College. He previously served as Chairman of the Boards; for Monroe County Easter Seals Society, the Finger Lakes Travel Association and NY Wine and Culinary Center Philanthropic BD. He is currently the chair of the Liberty Education Forum, the Chaine des Rotisseurs-Rochester Finger Lakes Association, Black Tie International and serves on the Civil Rights Commission for NY State. He started on the original Bivona Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors and is humbled to serve as an 'honorary' board member.
