Individual Rate

Register on or before March 19, 2012 and the full conference rate is only $120/person; one-day only rate is $80/person.
On or after March 20, 2012, full conference rate increases to $150/person; one-day only rate increases to $100/person.

Group Rate
Online registration is not available for groups.
Full conference group rate is $110/person; one-day only group rate is $70/person. A group is defined as 4 or more registrants from the same employer/MDT that register and pay together.

Fees include attendance for the day(s) selected, all conference materials, a continental breakfast and lunch each day, admission to Wednesday evening’s networking reception. Please note, a two-day registration cannot be split between two different attendees.
Cancellation policy: Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than Monday, April 16, 2012. A service fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations received by April 16, 2012. Refunds will not be made for cancellations requested or postmarked after April 16, 2012 or for participants who register but do not attend. No exception to this policy can be considered as our funds are fully committed to the production of the Summit. All refunds will be mailed after the conclusion of the Summit.
