Alana Sansone
Alana Sansone has been the Director of Finance for Geva Theatre Center since April of 1997. In June of 2006, she was promoted as the Director of Operations as well. Her responsibilities include budgeting, analysis, forecasting, cash & investment management, granting, insurance and audit preparation of a $7.2 million budget. She supervises all administrative financial functions, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll & Human Resources, banking, taxes and data reporting. She also is the supervisor of all Front of House Services.
Before joining the Geva Theatre family, she worked as the Finance/Administrative Director for a local interior design firm, Hafner Associates, Inc. for eight years.
She graduated with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Business Administration.
Her commitment to bettering the lives of children with community involvement is evident in her 25+ years of voluntary service for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where she is a committee member. She was also the Founding Board Chair for the Bivona Child Advocacy Center.
